Andreas Rheinhardt ffe9867bc2 fate/oma: Add remux tests for ATRAC3 and ATRAC3P ...

They already uncovered an uninitialized-value bug in the ATRAC3 code
in the demuxer; and provide coverage for ID3v2.3.
