New debugging mode `encr'.  Do not add text
for `auth' and `encr' into `/tmp/telnet.debug'

17d6784e33 syslogd: Full support for IPv6. 
New options are "ipv4", "ipv6", "ipany", and "bind".
The latter restricts binding to a single address,
if numeric, and one resolvable IPv4/IPv6 pair if
given a sympolic host name.
