Wolfram Sang 3d16973f77 i2c: testunit: add SMBusAlert trigger ...

To test SMBusAlert handlers, let the testunit be able to trigger
SMBusAlert interrupts. This new command needs a GPIO connected to the
SMBAlert# line.
