Emmanuel Grumbach 0ad4ece5bb iwlwifi: dvm: remove a wrong dependency on m 
This was wronly added when the dependency on IWLWIFI was
removed.

This fixes https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=112201
