Rafał Miłecki 0c201cfbfd b43: N-PHY: don't use deprecated b43_radio_foo16 
All radio ops are 16b (there is only 1 exception for reg 0x1), so we
deprecated b43_radio_read16 and b43_radio_write16 long time ago.
