Adrian Hunter 4a035a41df mmc: sdhci-of-esdhc: Use sdhci_pltfm_remove() 
Use sdhci_pltfm_remove() instead of sdhci_pltfm_unregister() because
sdhci_pltfm_unregister() is going to be removed.
