Pull power management fixes from Rafael Wysocki:
 "Restore an optimization related to asynchronous suspend and resume of
  devices during system-wide power transitions that was disabled by
  mistake (Kai-Heng Feng) and update the pm-graph suite of power
  management utilities (Todd Brandt)"
