Adrian Bunk 3719314799 kconfig: fix gconfig with POSIXLY_CORRECT=1 ...

This patch fixed "make gconfig" with POSIXLY_CORRECT=1 set.

This issue was reported by Jens Elkner <elkner@linofee.org> in kernel
