Weiwen Hu dd0b0a4a2c nvme: rename CDR/MORE/DNR to NVME_STATUS_* ...

CDR/MORE/DNR fields are not belonging to SC in the NVMe spec, rename
them to NVME_STATUS_* to avoid confusion.
