Akinobu Mita 0f7217f4ac [PATCH] frv: remove unnesesary "&"

Fix warning messages triggered by bitops code consolidation patches.
cxn_bitmap is the array of unsigned long.  '&' is unnesesary for the argument
of *_bit() routins.
