Paul Mackerras 7b7b08b508 powerpc/microwatt: Correct ISA version number in device tree 
The kernel uses 3100 to indicate ISA version 3.1, not 3010, so
fix the Microwatt device tree to use 3100.

To extract the kernel vmlinux, System.map, .config or initrd from the zImage binary:

objcopy -j .kernel:vmlinux -O binary zImage vmlinux.gz
objcopy -j .kernel:System.map -O binary zImage System.map.gz
objcopy -j .kernel:.config -O binary zImage config.gz
objcopy -j .kernel:initrd -O binary zImage.initrd initrd.gz
