Masahiro Yamada fae16989be Input: tegra-kbc - fix inverted reset logic ...

Commit fe6b0dfaba ("Input: tegra-kbc - use reset framework")
accidentally converted _deassert to _assert, so there is no code
to wake up this hardware.
