dt-bindings: rtc: mpfs-rtc: remove Lewis from maintainers

Browse Source 
Lewis hasn't worked at Microchip for a while, and IIRC never actually
worked on the RTC in the first place. Remove him from the maintainers
list in the binding, leaving Daire.
