Inline bpf_get_branch_snapshot() helper using architecture-agnostic inline BPF code which calls directly into underlying callback of perf_snapshot_branch_stack static call. This callback is set early during kernel initialization and is never updated or reset, so it's ok to fetch actual implementation using static_call_query() and call directly into it. This change eliminates a full function call and saves one LBR entry in PERF_SAMPLE_BRANCH_ANY LBR mode. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
