The readers of dev_list expect the updates to it to take place from within the opp_table->lock and this is missing in the case where the dev_list is updated for already managed OPPs. Fix that by calling _add_opp_dev() from there and remove the now unused _add_opp_dev_unlocked() callback. While at it, also reduce the length of the critical section in _add_opp_dev(). In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
