holmes1412 8bbb0504df fix MySQL bug about multi resultset ...

1. fix the way to parse ok packet and check MORE_RESULTS_EXIST in ok packet;
2. update MySQLResultCursor the way to set MYSQL_STATUS_GET_RESULT;
3. fix MySQLMessage set_ok_packet().
4. update tutorial;
